Camera and Capture Devices

Photographs and signatures are both very often required on cards for identification and security purposes. We can offer a range of image capture devices designed to work with both the CardCreator and DeskFive software packages.

These range from a low cost webcam which is very simple to install & operate, to a video camera & capture card which produces a higher quality image. For applications requiring the very highest quality or portability we can offer a range of digital cameras to suit individual needs.

A signature tablet can be provided for use with CardCreator which allows the digital image of a signature to be captured and printed onto the card - much more secure and professional looking than using a pen.

For use with the DeskFive visitor registration software we offer a CardScan business card scanner. This unit greatly reduces the time spent registering visitors by automatically entering all details from their business card using OCR (Optical Character Recognition). It also stores a scan of the card in the software for future reference.
