DPT-4572 Metal Thermal Printer with Rewind

The DPT-4572 rack mount printer consists of fixed head thermal mechanism, rewind, paper low detector, paper roll holder and feed button housed in a metal enclosure, with an interface mounted on the rear.

The mechanism has 8 dots per mm resolution producing high quality graphics and at a fast 25mm/sec print speed.

The interface, type DCT-4585, has built in barcode printing capability as well as double width, invert and graphic printing modes. Paper end and paper low are monitored and their status shown on the front panel via a blinking LED.

The DPT-4572 fits into a 19" rack 3U high and takes up a panel space of 21E wide or alternatively can be panel mounted.

Connection to a serial or parallel source is extremely easy. A single 5VDC supply is required. The D167 power supply can be used if only mains supply is available.

The paper exits the top of the module. Approximately 55mm of paper (20 lines of information) is displayed before the paper re-enters the bottom of the module, onto the rewind.

Paper changing is simple as the front panel hinges down to allow easy access.
