Introduction
Timefive is a powerful tool to manage and track employees work time with an easy-to-use graphical interface. Gives you greater control over your employees. It's a combined solution of software and hardware, completely costumizable to your needs and fully scalable with your company growth. TimeFive automates the tracking of employee attendance, shift and vacations.

TimeFive is a combined solution of software and hardware. Concerning software you will have an Administration Module and a Data Collector Module. The Administration Module will manage all your employees information; the Data Collector will register the events (starting / finishing a shift) generated by the employees.

Software: Administration Module and Data Collector Module
Hardware: Touch Screen Solution; Biometric Solution or SmartCard Reader Solution Data Collectors Separated software for administration versus data collection, collects events from any PC using Biometric Clock, SmartCards and Touch Screen Collector that allows Employee Interaction and Stand Alone Operation.

Identification options
Biometric Clock (fingerprint): fingerprint search (up to 1500); Check In / Check Out buttons LBR Readers (SmartCards): uses Data Collectors - tray icon; connects to any PC, USB or Rs232; PC can be Check In, Check Out or both.

Administration has a very intuitive interface; real time information; exceptions easy handling; export for accounting in CSV format. TimeFive is prepared to manage your company with specific and organized information. You can divide your company into departments and better manage your team work. You are able to justify absences, define shifts and rates, plan and organise vacations of your employees, manage contract duration with alert always with one moth of antecedence, allow you to send messages to each department on check in events and let you have a monthly summary or cumulated work hours and absences of each employee.
