Introduction
The VFD-450 is a low cost pole display designed for
a wide variety of Point of Sale & Hospitality applications.
It
features a 2 line by 20 character backlit vacuum fluorescent display making it
very clear and simple to read even in very bright conditions.
The
interface is RS232C Serial with a pass-through function allowing you to connect
the display plus a second Serial device (such as a printer) on just one port.
Moving promotional messages and information can be programmed into the display
for when the EPOS system is not in use. The VFD-450 features ESC/POS emulation
which makes it simple to integrate into most EPOS applications.
The
display can be adjusted for angle, height and rotation and is supplied complete
with interface cable and mains PSU. An optional rear mounted LCD display for
operator viewing is also available. |
