Q. We have two P430i Card printers one prints fine the other is skewed when it prints, what would cause this ?

A. There are two possibilities that might cause the print to be scewed on the Zebra P330i/P430i.
1 - Check that the ribbon is installed correctly, with newer ribbon designs the supply spindle of the ribbon needs to click into place when fitting.
2 - The printhead/printhead bracket is loose or worn.

We would recommend first to check that the ribbon is correctly installed, then if they are still experiencing problems it would be best to return the printer for repair.
