Q. How do I replace Star TSP700 Print head?

A. Spare parts sold by DED are intended for use by engineers who have attended a manufacturer technical training course and are familiar with the repair of the product(s) in question. Where available DED will provide copies of manufacturer installation guides but DED accepts no responsibility for the installation of these parts. All spare parts are supplied without warranty as we are unable to guarantee how they are installed, configured and used. However, all repairs carried out by DED Ltd’s own service centre are covered by a 3 month parts and labour warranty.
