TimeFive from NFive is now available from DED

A powerful, user-friendly software package designed to manage and track employee's movements during work hours, TimeFive provides greater control in busy offices, factories or anywhere there is a need to monitor the hours worked, staff absences, define shifts, or plan and organise holiday allowances.

To make tracking employees very simple, TimeFive uses fingerprint scanning technology in place of a conventional time card. The fingerprint scanners can be easily installed at entry or exit points and connected to the host computer via an RS232C, RS485C or Ethernet connection. Thanks to this flexibility, employee's entering and leaving the building can be accurately timed, and employers can be sure that a secure entrance system is maintained.

Featuring an intuitive on screen graphical interface, TimeFive allows the operator to manage a complete staff database, whilst also providing the flexibility and versatility to print out monthly reports of cumulated work hours for individual employees. These can be easily exported in CSV format for accounting & payroll purposes - ideal for shift work or flexible working hours.

A completely customisable combination of hardware and software which can be configured to suit individual application needs, TimeFive is available in 10, 25, 50 or unlimited user versions and runs on any Windows 2000 or XP computer.
