Rugged Thermal Printer Mechanism – The Axiohm

The TA/TB thermal printer mechanism combines
the ability to print on paper weights of up to 190 µm and up to 82.5 mm
in width, making it the ideal solution for ticketing applications.
With
a super fast print speed of 130 mm/sec and automatic paper loading, the TA/TB
features a powerful 24VDC motor which is capable of pulling a paper roll of up
to 200 mm in diameter. The extremely robust design ensures a mechanical
reliability of up to 150 km of printing and a guillotine cutter life of up to 1
million cuts. Add to this dimensions of just 153 (W) x 87 (D) x 112 (H) mm and
the benefits are even more obvious!
A USB & RS232C interface board
is available and The TA/TB is currently featured at the heart of some exciting
new Kiosk developments at DED, so watch this space for future details!
