The VisualMembership solution from DED Limited provides the opportunity to present club members with special offers in a new and unique way. Tailored to suit the individual, VisualMembership makes passing on information to customers easier than ever before, whilst also ensuring security needs are met.

Enabling club members to see the reward points they have earned on each transaction instantly, VisualMembership uses re-writable card technology to give a true ‘picture’ of how many points are on the card. By tailoring graphics to suit an individual promotion or the type of club using the system, pictures can be built up to represent the points collected on the card – a wine glass filling up, snooker balls collecting in a pocket, tennis balls filling a ball tube, a club sandwich being made etc.

VisualMembership has the ability to offer different levels of membership. This feature can be tailored to suit almost any application. Bronze, Silver and Gold levels can be defined to offer special promotions to more frequent and loyal customers as appropriate.

VisualMembership also offers the opportunity for promotional messages, notices and information to be printed onto membership or loyalty cards and handed to customers each time their reward points are updated. This function could be ideal for informing members of relevant information such as changing opening times or special offers.

With VisualMembership, members are photographed at the time of joining, the image being stored in the systems’ memory and a text only card issued. Whenever members arrive at the club, membership status and identity is immediately confirmed by reading the information stored on the cards’ magnetic stripe. If for any reason the member is not welcome, or if their membership has expired, this can be dealt with before entry to the club is gained.

The VisualMembership software holds all customer details in a database so is perfect for use as a mail shot list to promote any special offers. Visual Membership can also be connected to a receipt printer to print on demand coupons redeemable against other purchases.
