New ZebraCare packages – Now Available from DED

Now available on all Zebra plastic card printers from DED, the ZebraCare packages offer an extension to the standard warranty period (up to 4 years) together with an enhancement in service level. There are 4 levels of cover available:

1. Return-to-Depot Standard Service - provides all-inclusive coverage for manufacturing defects, wear and tear, preventative maintenance, cosmetic and physical damage. Includes return freight within the EU.

2. Return-to-Depot Comprehensive Service - provides all-inclusive coverage for manufacturing defects, wear and tear, preventative maintenance, cosmetic and physical damage, and full printhead cover. Includes return freight within the EU.

3. On-Site Standard Service - 8 working hour response, provides all-inclusive coverage for manufacturing defects, wear and tear, preventative maintenance, cosmetic and physical damage.

4. On-Site Comprehensive Service - 8 working hour response, provides all-inclusive coverage for manufacturing defects, wear and tear, preventative maintenance, cosmetic and physical damage, and full printhead cover.
