The New Fargo HDP5000 High Definition Printer/Encoder

Retransfer printing at the highest level, the capable and efficient Fargo HDP5000 offers crisp, sharp, over the edge card printing at 300dpi and is now available from DED Limited. Suitable for Government, Hospital, School, College and Corporate ID badging, the HDP5000 offers a wealth of options for expansion and outstanding print quality over embedded electronics.

Producing up to 95 durable and secure cards per hour that are almost impossible to counterfeit, the HDP5000 is as versatile as it is efficient. Modular options on the HDP5000 include dual sided printing, lamination and encoding for proximity, contact and contactless cards (HID, MIFARE, DESFire, Wiegand, iCLASS).

The HDP5000 lamination module is available in either a single or dual sided unit. The dual sided lamination module can laminate both sides of the card in a single pass, offering significant time savings over long production runs. Holographic lamination overlays are also an option to further improve security. A flexible card printer that can grow with your needs, the HDP5000 allows the addition of modules as and when the need arises.

Cards, ribbons and overlaminates for the HDP5000 come in cartridges that literally load in a snap, so changing consumables is easier and ribbon wastage is reduced. Cleaning rollers for the HDP5000 are included with every new ribbon cartridge, to ensure that the printer is kept free of dust and grit which may affect the high quality of card print.

The HDP5000 comes with USB and Ethernet interfaces, supports Windows 2000, 2003, XP and Vista and is delivered with a lifetime printhead warranty.
