Return of products for Repair

If you wish to return a product for repair, you will first need to obtain an RMA number. To do this please complete this form:

Once we have confirmed the RMA number, please mark this clearly on the outside of the box and please return it to us at the address given.

We aim to complete warranty repairs within 1 week(depending on manufacturer) and non-warranty within 2 weeks but this is not always possible if we have to order spare parts or return the product to the manufacturer for repair.
